My recent stay at Risa Hotels - Landgasthaus Zum Kreuz exceeded my already high expectations the charming German-style building offered not only a cozy and spacious room with a flat-screen TV, but also a level of cleanliness and attention to detail that is hard to find. The staff went above and beyond by locating and returning my lost bracelet, and their willingness to prepare breakfast for me at 7am, well before their usual opening time, demonstrated their really good commitment to guest satisfaction. Coupled with free Wi-Fi in the rooms, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary; I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a splendid stay in the Alps.
